These are a family-favorite!<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Hot dogs — 10 <br />Corn flour — 6 tbsp <br />All-purpose flour — 2 tbsp<br />Baking powder — ½ tsp<br />Salt — to taste<br />Milk — 5 oz <br />Eggs — 2-3<br />Oil — 1 tbsp + for frying<br />Honey — 1 tsp<br /><br />Kcal per 100 g — 281<br /><br />Directions: <br />Mix all ingredients except hot dogs<br />Stir until combined (batter should be a little thicker than pancake one)<br />Insert wooden sticks into each hot dog<br />Dip into the batter and let a little excess batter drip back <br />Place into hot oil and deep fry until all sides are golden brown<br />Serve with sauce
